Cells above are editable inline (spreadsheet-style) for whichever fields are tagged #header -- no conditional show/hide logic applies here. Click a record's ID to open the full editor instead, where relationship rules, Dynamic Grid fields, and hashtags are all available.
Each row becomes a new record (not an update). Optional userid/email columns attach the row to a respondent -- if email is given it must already exist in Users; userid alone is accepted even for someone not yet in Users. This only stores the file and logs the job; go to the Jobs page to run it.
